Accstan – Seller Program Rules

1. Seller Program Overview

The Accstan Seller Program allows approved users (“Sellers”) to list and sell Digital Assets on the Accstan platform.

Accstan operates strictly as a marketplace intermediary and is not a party to transactions between Buyers and Sellers. Sellers act as independent providers and are solely responsible for the Digital Assets they offer.

Joining the Seller Program is a privilege, not a right, and approval is granted at Accstan’s sole discretion.

2. Seller Eligibility Requirements

To apply for the Seller Program, you must:

• Have an active Accstan account in good standing
• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
• Demonstrate experience or capacity to supply Digital Assets
• Agree to comply with Accstan’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Seller Rules

Accstan reserves the right to approve, reject, restrict, or revoke seller access at any time.

3. Seller Application & Review Process

Seller applicants may be required to submit:

• Type of Digital Assets intended for sale
• Selling experience or background
• Country or region of operation
• Contact details (e.g., Telegram username)
• Estimated monthly supply or volume

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. False, misleading, or incomplete information may result in rejection or permanent account termination.

4. Seller Security Deposit Requirement

4.2 Deposit Ownership & Storage

• The Security Deposit remains the property of the Seller
• The deposit is held securely by Accstan
• The deposit does not earn interest
• The deposit cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or used while Seller status is active

4.3 Use of Security Deposit

Accstan reserves the right to partially or fully deduct from the Security Deposit in cases including, but not limited to:

• Proven scams, fraud, or deceptive practices
• Sale of stolen, hacked, or misrepresented Digital Assets
• Buyer compensation due to Seller fault
• Chargebacks, payment disputes, or recovery fees
• Failure to cooperate with dispute investigations
• Violations of Accstan policies or applicable laws

All deductions are subject to internal review and documentation.

4.4 Seller Exit & Deposit Refund

If a Seller chooses to leave the Seller Program:

• A formal exit request must be submitted
• All listings must be removed
• All orders, disputes, and investigations must be fully resolved

Once conditions are met, the Security Deposit will be refunded in full, subject to:

• No outstanding violations or unresolved disputes
• Completion of a review and holding period to detect delayed abuse or chargebacks

Refunds are processed using the original or an equivalent platform-approved method, at Accstan’s discretion.

5. Seller Responsibilities

Approved Sellers agree to:

• Deliver Digital Assets exactly as described
• Ensure assets are valid and accessible at delivery
• Respond to Buyer messages and disputes promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate product descriptions (region, access type, warranty, etc.)
• Comply with all applicable laws and third-party platform rules

Sellers are fully responsible for the origin, legality, and condition of their Digital Assets.

6. Prohibited Seller Activities

Sellers must NOT:

• Sell stolen, hacked, brute-forced, or compromised assets
• Sell assets linked to fraud or identity theft
• Provide misleading descriptions or false guarantees
• Reclaim, recover, or interfere with assets after delivery
• Harass, threaten, or pressure Buyers
• Bypass Accstan’s payment, chat, or dispute systems

Violations may result in immediate suspension, deposit deduction, or permanent ban.

When a dispute or report is opened:

Accstan’s Dispute Resolution Team and authorized administrators may access:

• Seller dashboard data
• Order and delivery details
• Private chats between Buyers and Sellers related to the transaction

Sellers must cooperate fully with investigations. Failure to cooperate may result in automatic dispute loss, deposit deduction, or account suspension.

9. Seller Balance, Holds & Payouts

• Seller earnings may be subject to a holding period after each sale
• Funds are released only after the hold period expires without dispute
• Accstan may freeze balances during investigations or suspected abuse
• Chargebacks or losses may be offset against Seller balance or Security Deposit

10. Seller Performance & Monitoring

Accstan may evaluate Seller performance based on:

• Completion and delivery rate
• Dispute frequency
• Buyer feedback
• Policy compliance

Poor performance may result in restrictions, downgrade, or removal from the Seller Program.

11. No Guaranteed Sales

Accstan does not guarantee sales volume, visibility, ranking, or income. Sellers are responsible for pricing, quality, and competitiveness.

12. Suspension & Termination

Accstan may suspend or terminate Seller access for:

• Fraud or abuse
• Policy violations
• Legal or compliance requirements
• Non-cooperation with investigations

Termination may occur with or without notice, depending on severity.

13. Modifications to Seller Rules

Accstan may update these Seller Program Rules at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated rules.

14. Acceptance of Seller Rules

By applying for or participating in the Accstan Seller Program, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood these Seller Rules
• Agree to the Security Deposit requirement
• Accept Accstan’s authority to enforce platform policies
