1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to Accstan ("Accstan", "we", "us", or "the Platform").

By accessing, browsing, registering, or using Accstan in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

Accstan operates as an online digital marketplace that connects independent sellers with buyers for the exchange of digital goods, including but not limited to gaming accounts, social media accounts, activation keys, licenses, and in-game items (collectively, "Digital Assets").

2. Nature of Service – Marketplace / Venue Only

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• Accstan is a neutral venue and intermediary only
• Accstan is not a seller, buyer, owner, or creator of any Digital Asset
• Accstan does not take ownership, control, or possession of Digital Assets
• Accstan does not guarantee the legality, quality, functionality, safety, accuracy, or authenticity of any Digital Asset listed by sellers

All transactions are conducted directly between Buyers and Sellers, and the Seller is solely responsible for the Digital Asset, including delivery, description accuracy, and warranty (if any).

3. Eligibility & Legal Compliance

To use Accstan, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have full legal capacity to enter binding contracts
• Not be located in, or a resident of, any country or region subject to sanctions, embargoes, or trade restrictions

Accstan reserves the right to restrict or terminate access based on legal or compliance requirements.

4. Safe Harbor & Limitation of Responsibility

⚠️ Use at Your Own Risk

All Digital Assets are purchased at the Buyer's sole risk.

Accstan accepts no responsibility or liability for how Digital Assets are used after delivery, including any outcomes resulting from their use.

Buyer Responsibility

By using Accstan, you agree that:

• You will not use Digital Assets for illegal, abusive, or harmful purposes
• You understand that buying or using third-party accounts may violate third-party platform rules
• You assume all consequences, including bans, restrictions, or legal actions

Accstan is not liable for losses, suspensions, terminations, or enforcement actions taken by third-party platforms.

5. Third-Party Platform Risk Disclosure

Accstan is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party platform.

Using Digital Assets on platforms such as game publishers or social networks may result in:

• Account bans or suspensions
• Loss of access or value
• Permanent termination

All such risks are fully assumed by the Buyer.

6. Refunds, Warranty & Dispute Policy

Due to the digital and intangible nature of Digital Assets:

• All sales are final
• Digital Assets are considered consumed immediately upon delivery

💳 Refund Method

Any approved refund is issued only as Accstan Store Credit.

We do not refund to original payment methods (crypto, card, PayPal, etc.).

Refund Eligibility (Strictly Limited To):

• Dead on Arrival (DOA): Credentials invalid at the moment of delivery
• Item Not as Described: Significant mismatch from listing details

🚫 Warranty Void Conditions

Any warranty becomes immediately void if the Buyer:

• Changes login details (email, password, security)
• Uses, modifies, or funds the account
• Triggers bans due to IP, behavior, or rule violations

7. No Chargebacks Policy

Initiating a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal without authorization may result in:

• Immediate account suspension or termination
• Loss of platform access
• Recovery actions for associated fees

All approved refunds are provided only as Store Credit.

8. Prohibited Items & Conduct

You may not list, sell, or distribute:

• Stolen, hacked, or brute-forced accounts
• Fraud-related or identity-linked assets
• Malware, exploits, or illegal software
• Government-issued IDs or documents

Accstan reserves the right to investigate, suspend, or terminate accounts and will cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

9. Taxes

You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any applicable taxes, duties, or fees related to your use of Accstan.

10. Export Controls & Sanctions

You agree to comply with all applicable export control, sanctions, and trade laws. Violations may result in immediate termination.

11. Intellectual Property & Takedown Requests

If you believe content on Accstan infringes your intellectual property rights, submit a detailed takedown request. Accstan may remove content or suspend accounts at its discretion.

12. Service Availability & Force Majeure

Accstan does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend or discontinue services at any time.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, legal changes, or force majeure events.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Accstan's total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific transaction
• Accstan is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

14. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

All disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration.

You waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.

15. Account Suspension & Termination

Accstan may suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion for:

• Fraud or suspected abuse
• Terms violations
• Legal or compliance requests
• Failure to cooperate with investigations

16. Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

17. Modifications to Terms

Accstan reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
